How Does SBB Collect My Personal Information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you (i) open a profile, (ii) request a transfer, (iii) transact with merchants or peers, (iv) apply for a loan, or (v) provide profile information. We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.

Why Can’t I Limit All Sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only (i) sharing information about your creditworthiness for affiliates’ everyday business purposes, (ii) affiliates from using your information to market to you, and (iii) sharing information for non-affiliates to market to you.
